District Probation and After Care Association Thane
The District Probation and After Care Association is a quasi-government ISO-certified organisation based in Thane, Maharashtra dedicated to safeguarding children and their rights and positively transforming their lives. We started our journey in 1948 and got the ISO certification in 2009. Our organisation is managed by JJ Act and aided by the WCD department Government of India and Maharashtra under Mission Vatsalya. We are not just an organisation, we are a home, a safe haven for not only the children in need but also juvenile delinquents as well.

To protect children and juvenile delinquents through providing a better chance to reform their lives, fostering their rehabilitation and integration into society.

To create a safe, supportive environment where every vulnerable child receives the care, education, and guidance needed to lead a responsible and empowered life.

To help children regain a better life and protect their innocence by creating a nurturing, homely environment and providing opportunities for them to rebuild and transform their lives.
